What’s the cancellation policy?

Our bookings are non-refundable once paid. The same applies to our 50% retainer if paid via invoice; however, we understand that emergencies happen. Please speak to our team and we will attempt to reschedule your experience another time within 90 days for another date & time if applicable. Same applies for rain rain checks.
